Westwing has opened a flagship store in its home city of Munich – a further step in expanding the online furniture retailer's bricks-and-mortar presence, following its pop-up store near Odeonsplatz. Spanning more than 400 square metres across two floors, the store brings together online and offline retail under Westwing's Store Concept 3.0: customers can browse, experience products in person and take them home directly. Integrated iPad stations also provide access to Westwing's full international range.
"With our flagship store in Munich, we're setting an important milestone on our journey to becoming a 'superbrand' in the design sector," says CEO Dr Andreas Hoerning.
