Carpetright closes down permanently in the Netherlands

The Carpetright brand has come to a final end in the Netherlands. According to the daily newspaper De Telegraaf, efforts to find an investor for the insolvent flooring retailer Carpet-Land have failed. In an email to parties involved in the insolvency proceedings, the administrator confirmed that all 75 stores operating under the Carpetright name across the country will remain permanently closed.
