Rugvista appoints Ebba Ljungerud as CEO

Rugvista has appointed Ebba Ljungerud as its permanent CEO and Group President. She had already held the position on an interim basis since October 2024 and is stepping down from the Board of Directors in connection with the appointment.

Ljungerud has been a member of Rugvista’s Board since May 2023 and brings extensive experience from senior roles at Kindred Group, Betsson and Paradox Interactive, where she also served as Group CEO.

“Ebba Ljungerud has done an outstanding job as acting CEO and is the right person to further develop the company and realise its full potential,” said Martin Benckert, Chairman of the Board.

Ljungerud commented: “I am honoured by the trust placed in me and look forward to continuing the work we have begun. Rugs are art you live with – together with our dedicated team, we will continue helping people create homes they love.”
