Ikea Germany: CEO takes over in the Netherlands

Walter Kadnar, who has been CEO of Ikea Germany since October 2022, took over as head of Ikea Nederland on 1 September 2025. The succession process for the German country organisation is under way; in the interim, Sandra Stibale, Deputy Country Retail Manager Ikea Germany, is managing the furniture retailer.
