Deutsche Messe AG draws positive conclusion on Domotex Middle East 2025

In its official press release, Deutsche Messe AG has drawn a positive conclusion on Domotex Middle East 2025 in Dubai. The event was described as once again establishing itself as an international platform for innovation, design, and cross-sector collaboration within the global carpet and flooring industry.

According to the organisers, around 100 exhibitors from Europe, Asia and the Middle East presented a wide range of products – from handmade carpets and bespoke designs to sustainable materials and technical innovations. The strong demand in the Gulf region for high-quality, design-led and eco-friendly products was particularly emphasised.

The organisers also pointed to the attendance of wholesalers, retailers, interior designers and developers as a sign of the event’s relevance as a sourcing platform, especially against the backdrop of major construction projects in the region. Handmade carpets and the topic of sustainability were reportedly at the centre of attention.

Sonia Wedell-Castellano, Global Director Domotex at Deutsche Messe AG, commented:
“The success of Domotex Middle East 2025 not only reflects the dynamism of the global flooring market, but also Dubai’s key role as a hub for international business and design. … We look forward to bringing this momentum to Hannover – where the global flooring community will gather again in 2026 to help shape the future of the industry.”
