ABK Open Home: positive result and new name

ABK Open Home - the autumn edition of the ABK Open trade fair - took place for the third time on 22 and 23 November in Bad Salzuflen. The focus of the fair was the presentation of textile ranges for the spring and summer seasons in the areas of bed linen, terry towelling and blankets. While suppliers of mattresses and sleep systems are particularly well represented at the summer edition of ABK open, there were significantly more home textile suppliers on site - as well as several rug suppliers. These included ABC Italia, Obsession, Oritop, PAD Design, Paulig, Peyer Syntex, Rug Studios, Theko and Tisca.

In total, more than 120 exhibitors presented their portfolios on over 16,000 square metres. "We are very satisfied with the way the fair went," said organiser and ABK managing director Thomas Fehr. Although the number of visitors was not as high as in June, it shows that the format has established itself as a complement to the summer classic ABK Open. The new name of the show was also announced during the event: From 2024, @HomeTex Summer and @HomeTex Autumn will invite visitors to Bad Salzuflen.
