Home & Flooring Expo 2021: SN-Verlag / Carpet Home to host digital trade fair

SN-Verlag, Carpet Home's publisher, is organising its first own digital trade fair from 2 to 5 November 2021: Home & Flooring Expo is aimed at a German-speaking trade audience from the retail, wholesale and craft sectors. It is a joint project of the five trade magazines BTH Heimtex, FussbodenTechnik, Parkett Magazin, Haustex and Carpet Home; for technical reasons the site is German-language only.

Because of the Corona pandemic and the resulting changes in the general conditions, we are all in a learning curve – our publishing house as well as the manufacturers and our readers. Digital trade fairs are something completely new for most people. We all need to learn how to make the most of the opportunities this opens up. That's why we offer stands at our Home & Flooring Expo for a symbolic price of only EUR 1,980. This allows us to gain valuable experience together.

A virtual fair is a great communication tool, especially for its visitors: they can contact exhibitors directly via live chat. The aim of our Home & Flooring Expo is to facilitate this much-needed exchange. Parallel to that, the digital fair provides a platform for presenting and viewing new products.

Our new digital format is clearly geared to the needs of our readers. You will find five exhibition areas: Floor Coverings & Rugs, Flooring Technology & Screed, Paints & Wallpapers, Home Textiles & Sun Protection and Household Textiles & Bedding. At Home & Flooring Expo, visitors from German-speaking Europe will only meet manufacturers that are relevant to them.

On the "Wall of Inspiration", participants can post the most beautiful photos of their fair highlights. At the SN Home Business Lounge, we will provide them with a virtual (and very useful) space for networking.

Digital trade fairs offer numerous advantages – above all, low costs for exhibitors and no costs and maximum flexibility for visitors. Virtual formats will not disappear again after the Corona crisis, but will profitably complement on-site fairs. We therefore invite our readers to follow this exciting path together with us.
