Peyer-Syntex: Functional and fashionable

New qualities, exciting article and colour worlds as well as familiar articles in new designs and colours characterise the new 2022 collection from Peyer-Syntex. For example, the extremely durable Mira carpets: these very practical carpets, equipped with an additional anti-slip function, are made with an extremely robust fabric on the surface, which is intended to ensure a high level of living comfort both indoors and outdoors. The material is also antibacterial and opens up a fashionable as well as practical alternative for use in numerous living areas such as the kitchen, hallways, balcony or terrace, in mobile homes or caravans, in camping areas or in children's rooms, and even in the bathroom as a bath mat or bathroom rug.
Mira is easy to clean and can be cut to the desired shape. Peyer-Syntex promises fast delivery even for small quantities, as well as direct shipping to the end customer as part of the logistics offer.

Artisan Project: Natural wool textures

The inspiration behind Artisan Project‘s Shepherd‘s Rug was Nina Mohammad-Galbert‘s love of the array of natural wool textures and shades. “Rather than contrive a pattern, I wanted the wool to create the story in the carpet,” says the creative director of the company, which is located in Fez, Morocco, and also offers bespoke collections. The rugs are handmade by women‘s weaving cooperatives.

Twill – that is the name of the new, slightly mottled hand-woven carpet collection by Reuber Henning. It was inspired by the Italian still life painter Giorgio Morandi, who worked exclusively with a few subtle shades of colour such as pastel orange, coral, ochre and brown tones to create a harmonious, yet unusual atmosphere.

The Moroccan Beni Ouarain has many faces, and Theo Keller shows several of them in its product range. The classic version is beige, with a characteristic diamond pattern, and hand-knotted from pure new wool. Another version has the same design, is made from the same material, but is much more eye-catching with its deep berry or purple colouring.
