Pad Concept & Proflax: Spring is just around the corner

At Hometex Winter, Pad Concept and Proflax will present their Spring/Summer 2026 collections – the first opportunity for trade visitors to discover new trends directly after the #together event in Munich. Both brands follow clearly defined concepts, each responding in its own way to current developments and demands in the interior sector.
The Pool collection by Pad Concept includes hand-woven rugs and mats made of 100% polypropylene for indoor and outdoor use. Available in a range of two-tone designs, the rugs come in sizes 140 × 200 cm, 170 × 240 cm and 200 × 300 cm. The material is weather-resistant, mould-resistant, lightfast, durable and easy to care for – yet retains a pleasantly textile look and feel. With the Ethereality home textiles collection, Pad Concept also introduces light cushions, throws and accessories for Spring/Summer 2026, crafted from fine fabrics with a soft touch and subtle textures.
Proflax, with its Reality collection, focuses on natural forms, calm colours and a pared-down aesthetic. The designs pick up on flowing lines and abstracted plant motifs, using high-quality materials with tangible structure.

Dewoke: Customisation and variety from Dorsten

Based in Dorsten, Dekowe has stood for textile expertise and high-quality rugs since 1887. Recently returned to family ownership, the company focuses on quality, individualisation and service. Its target groups include interior decorators, specialist retailers with strong advisory competence, DIY and home furnishing stores, as well as carpet departments with consulting expertise. With in-house production, carefully crafted sample bundles in different versions and a wide range of presentation options, Dekowe offers reliable support to its professional partners.
At Hometex, Dekowe is focusing on three lines, all designed with custom production and customer requirements in mind. In the field of made-to-measure rugs, the range extends from classic sisal qualities and rustic wool rugs to the Naturino line made of polypropylene, which proves to be a robust indoor and outdoor rug. The Naturina model uses the same material but features a fleece backing, making it suitable for indoor use only. All made-to-measure rugs are finished using elaborate mitre techniques, with internally reinforced, neatly stitched corners that ensure a high-quality appearance.
Under the title Teppichvielfalt (“rug diversity”), Dekowe presents dense high-pile rugs, extra-flat woven models made of soft chenille yarns and faux fur rugs – available in subtle patterns or plain designs, round, rectangular, oval, organic or even in free forms based on templates or sketches. In the Premium line, rugs can also be fitted with a fleece backing made of 100% recycled PET, which increases walking comfort and improves impact sound insulation.

Paulig 1750: Salsa Atoll – new lines, new possibilities

At Hometex Winter 2025, Paulig 1750 will present two additional lines from its popular Salsa Atoll collection: Salsa Atoll curved and Salsa Atoll S. This expands the creative possibilities within the collection – without changing its technical foundation.
All variants share the same structure: the vertical warp is woven from two parallel yarns in a single colour, while the horizontal weft can include any tones from the Salsa palette – even two-colour combinations are possible. Salsa Atoll is available in weaving widths from 130 to 400 cm. By default, the rugs are finished with fringes, but a woven edge of around 4 cm is also available. Every piece is individually produced to the customer’s desired size.
With Salsa Atoll curved, round and oval formats with matching edge bands are now also available – ideal for naturally inspired interior concepts. Salsa Atoll S adds a clearly graphic touch. Model S 149 features a modern, large-scale stripe design with subtle colour gradations.

OCI: Wide range with many new additions

OCI will be showcasing numerous new products at Hometex Winter. All rugs presented are stocked at the company’s Coesfeld location, available in a wide range of sizes and ready for prompt delivery.
A highlight from the Highclass collection is Mystic Bazaar. This woven rug has a premium density of 3 million points per square metre and combines classical patterns with vibrant colours in a 3D effect. The use of viscose lends the fine pile an additional sheen.
Cyros Sun features a soft surface with a distinct high-low texture and a multi-coloured look. Made from polypropylene and polyester, it is durable and easy to care for. Its lively tones create a warm, contemporary atmosphere.
In Opal Daylight, a flatwoven chenille rug, the gentle colour gradient defines the design. A notable detail is the finishing: instead of a traditional edging, the pile is folded to the back, giving the pattern a seamless effect. The model is available in three colourways.
With Sambia, OCI is introducing an extended range of colours and sizes. Produced in India from pure new wool, these rugs come in subtle natural shades. The dense pile ensures durability and versatility – also offered as runners and in round formats.

Reinkemeier Rietberg: Rocco rug – elegance in burgundy red

Depth, elegance and warmth: the shade of burgundy red introduces a refined, sensuous accent to modern interiors. Drawing on the rich tones of the famous Burgundy wine, this dark red combines subtle drama with a sense of comfort and security. It adds character and warmth to any space, whether used as an accent or across larger areas. Available in multiple sizes (80 x 160 cm, 120 x 160 cm, 160 x 240 cm, 200 x 310 cm, 240 x 320 cm), it adapts easily to different room settings – from living rooms and bedrooms to spacious dining areas. Mc Three: Young and Dynamic

The machine-woven collections of Belgian carpet manufacturer Mc Three make for an enhanced home-living experience. Modern graphic patterns, ‘vintage’ styles and everything in between are designed to appeal to younger buyers’ interior decorating urges.
Creatives are drawn to a certain “boho” flair with cheerful colours and a handcrafted Berber look. The polypropylene yarn utilised has a wool-like structure.
Jersey Home rugs fit in perfectly with the casual-industrial ‘loft’ style. Their stringent ‘all-over’ designs in muted tones bring technical perfection to the hand-made tradition. An interplay between thicker and thinner threads yarns creates three-dimensionality. The carpets are suitable for outdoors.
“Reflection” is a collection for those who are serious about sustainability, made of recycled polypropylene yarn with backing made of yarn production leftovers instead of jute. Restrained design makes the collection even more sustainable because it never really gets outdated, even as fashions come and go.
The Sevilla line, with its generous abstract motifs is perfect for the modern ambience, in which one likes to show oneself trend-conscious ─ contemporary forms with a touch of retro.
